5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are prepared for dispatch on the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends or on public holidays are prepared by the next business day. Courier delivery time and cost depend on the destination and service. 6. Returns and Refunds

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the products. Notify us in writing at office@sbf-bg.com before returning the order.

• Food supplements must be unused, unopened and with their original factory seal intact.
• Opened or unsealed ingestible products cannot be returned where the health-protection or hygiene exception applies.
• The customer pays the direct return shipping cost, except for defective products or an incorrect order sent by us.
• Approved refunds include the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost. Extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
• We refund within the statutory period and may wait until the products are returned or proof of dispatch is supplied.
• These restrictions do not affect statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
